Dwayne Adams founded UMG in 2014 from scratch, with a passion for the promotion of higher education.
Along with team members in Los Angeles and New York City, UMG seeks to maximize each client’s ad campaign budget in reaching prospective students. UMG’s exponential success can be attributed to Dwayne and his team’s in-depth focus on individual message needs and the implementation of correct media platform placement.
Upskill Media Group has worked with over 200 colleges and universities within 40 states. Before starting UMG, Dwayne launched a successful, California-based advertising agency. His 15+ years of experience in advertising and 25+ years of self-employment have instilled Dwayne with an understanding of the value of limited budgets.
